The NZRM has announced to the local media, Palmerston North City Mayor and the Manawatu Rugby Union the time and date for the “Rue Webb Ellis – Return of the Sign” photo shoot.
Friday the 6th of June at 3.45pm museum will hand over the sign to Pat Nolan, who then will take it into his safekeeping for transit to Menton, France.
We haven’t thought too much about what customs will say when Pat lands in France with a street sign in his bag. With luck the officials won’t be worried about a few words on a sheet of aluminium!
Meanwhile we are continuing to trial our camera work and blog-postings so the experience from France is great for the followers wherever they may be.
